Fight food waste together
Around a third of all food produced is left uneaten while one in nine people are undernourished. Solving the world’s food waste problem is one of the most pressing challenges of our time.
The International Food Waste Coalition (IFWC) is a non-profit organisation helping companies across Europe’s food service sector to reduce food loss and waste in line with United Nations SDG 12.3 target to halve global per capita food waste by 2030.
We produced IFWC’s 2023 Food Service Report, summarising performance against key targets to provide a comprehensive overview of progress whilst outlining key challenges ahead. An accompanying infographic provided a snapshot of the results via social media.
