Manage your Health 2 App

The existing app already provided patients with key information on several conditions but Keele realised that it's interface and feature set weren’t quite meeting the mark and in need of an overhaul.

We designed a clean, modern interface with additional functionality to aid patients with their health. A diary feature with multi-purpose graphs meant patients can now log numeric data along with a mood score to track their progress. Reminders can now be set along with augmented reality and 3D avatars for additional learning.
